Our facility is equipped with treadmills, ellipticals, stairmasters, bikes, free weights, Icarian equipment & Hammer Strength equipment. Also, on site, we have showers & locker rooms,
a shake bar & personal training.
Roy Espinosa, owner and operator of The Fitness Factory, has been transforming people's hearts, bodies and minds for the last 20+ years. His genuine and honest persona gives him the perfect ability to engage clients & keep them coming back to "FitFact."
He and his team have worked with and trained every type of person. They don't believe you have to have existing knowledge of fitness to come into their facility and learn to be the best you can be.
On top of the fitness, Roy also provides his clients with diet and nutrition advice and personal guidance to help them achieve monumental success.
